BPW at the United Nations.
BPW is an NGO member of the United Nations. Since the founding the UN, International Federation of Business and Professional Women at the United Nations has promoted the concerns of women. Our efforts influenced almost all the resolutions of the General Assembly and its subsidiary bodies which affect the status of women.
Come and find out about how BPW carries out its work at the UN, participates on the Commission on the Status of Women, and is a leader in the Women's Empowerment movement around the globe. BPW Canada is the founder of the Canadian Coalition to Empower Women. There will be an opportunity at the meeting to learn more about the Coaltion and sign up to join the coalition and its vast network across Canada and the globe.
