During the month of February, members of the Business and Professional Women’s Organization around the world will celebrate in their own unique way, the International Candle lighting ceremony. It is a time when we pause to recognize and remember how much has been accomplished throughout the world by a group of committed and determined women.
BPW Durham is pleased to invite members and guests from various ethnic and community groups here in Durham to this special dinner event, the BPW International Candle lighting Ceremony, as we celebrate the common bond of friendship we share with hundreds of BPW members worldwide.
Each candle we light represents the common bond we share with each other through cultural acceptance and respect.
The digital age not only brings members of all countries closer as we remember them at the Candle Lighting Ceremony, its also facilitates communication between BPW International and every single member.
Join us for this informative evening as we celebrate International BPW with a candle lighting ceremony.
BPW Dinner Meetings are sponsored by Durham Workforce Authority.
