After working in commercial real estate leasing for many years, Sandy’s passion for health and wellness was reignited when she drastically improved her health in her mid-40’s! She lost 60 pounds within a year through better nutrition, increasing her fitness level, and changing her lifestyle. After seeing the transformation that can happen first-hand, she decided it was time to give back and enrolled in the Applied Holistic Nutrition diploma program at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto, Canada.
Passionate about helping women balance their hormones, and getting their energy, joy and sexy back, Sandy’s consulting practice is located in Ajax, Ontario. Consultations are also available via Skype.
Sandy is on a mission to educate women to take control of their life. She aims to motivate and inspire women to attain greater health and well-being, through both online programs and individualized in-person programs.
