Who We Are
The Business & Professional Women’s Club of Durham (BPW Durham) has been active in Durham Region for over 28 years, founded in 1988. Our aims and objectives are to provide opportunities for business and professional women to network together, promote their businesses, professions and special interests in our community.
BPW Durham meets on the 4th Wednesday of the month from September to June, unless otherwise noted.

Women’s Empowerment Principals - Equality Means Business

Our Bursary provides emergency funds to assist the student to continue her post- secondary education.
The Business and Professional Women's Clubs of Ontario is an equality seeking group working toward the improvement of economic, political, employment and social conditions for women.
We provide a training ground for developing professional, business and leadership potential in a safe and supportive environment, enabling members to build skills, networks and create lasting friendships.
BPW develops the professional, business and leadership potential of women on all levels through advocacy, mentoring, networking, skill building and economic empowerment programs and projects around the world.
